BEHIND THE LENS
The foremost part of photography that I enjoy is the ability to create something fun or simply capture something beautiful. I would say photography is my life, but that's not really true. My family and friends, my pets, my garden, the smell of jasmine and honeysuckle, hot chocolate on a cold day, a good book, or even the sound of my favorite song... these things are my life. I just use my passion for photography to capture these things in a unique perspective. I was fortunate to have a job where I traveled often and I have visited 40 different nations across Europe, Asia, and Africa. The photo you see was taken at Chaminuka Lodge in Lusaka, Zambia. Other cultures are fascinating and I encourage anyone to get out and see the world whenever possible. Life is meant to be explored.
